Our goal is to give you clear, reliable information so you can make confident decisions about your home.
Core Inspection Package
Our inspection covers structural elements, roofing, siding, windows, doors, foundation, and drainage, as well as interior systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, and safety features. By examining both the exterior and interior, we help you understand the home’s condition, catch potential issues early, and protect your investment with confidence.
Visual examination of common problem areas.
Utilizing thermal imaging through temperature differences to find water leaks, misplaced registers and missing insulation behind walls, floors and ceilings.
We check for visible signs of termites, carpenter ants, and wood-rot that can damage your
home’s structure. In Oregon, inspectors report evidence but do not treat—if issues are found,
we’ll recommend licensed pest professionals.

The house will be re-inspected within the first 90 days, if repairs have been made.
If the house has an accessible 3 inch or larger cleanout, we will use sewer scope to inspect for any issues with the main sewer line. If clean out is not accessible or present, sewer scope is more technically exhaustive and comes with additional cost.
Radon is a dangerous gas found in many Oregon homes—about 1 in 4 test high. Our simple, affordable testing gives you fast, reliable results and peace of mind.
