Core Inspection Package

Our inspection covers structural elements, roofing, siding, windows, doors, foundation, and drainage, as well as interior systems like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, and safety features. By examining both the exterior and interior, we help you understand the home’s condition, catch potential issues early, and protect your investment with confidence.

During your inspection, we look for visible signs of mold, excess moisture, or ventilation issues and clearly document our findings. If concerns are present, we’ll explain what we see and recommend next steps. Our goal is to help you understand whether mold may be a concern.

The house will be re-inspected within the first 90 days, if repairs have been made.
